Materials: Genuine, solid, natural labradorite and .925 solid sterling silver.
Stone quality/specs: High polish labradorite with excellent colorplay (stunning orange-gold, a bit of blue). Note that labradorite is a chatoyant (irrridescent) stone. The colors are created by light refracting within layers in the stone, and so the colors you see depend on the viewing angle. This is a AAA stone with some colorplay visible from nearly all angles. Not that these stones do not have cracks; the lines are internal inclusions in the stone.
Description: A beautiful inverse teardrop shape with orange-gold flash that will reach out and smack you in the face from some angles! Though not visible from all angles, the colors on this one are positively blinding when they flash. I designed this pendant to be double sided so either side can be worn up. One side is solid orange and the other is mostly orange and has hints of deep blue at the tip. The orange color really is very brilliant on this one! Please note, I had one of my tools slip when crafting this one- on the solid orange side the silver has a slight mar on the bottom tip. This is a subtle flaw but I like to be honest with my work.
Recommended necklace size: This pendant will work on any size necklace.
Size: Please see above photo for dimensions. Pendant is pictured with a U.S. Dime for size reference. (Hint: if you are having a hard time picturing the size of this pendant, scale the above photo so that the dime is the size of a real dime on your screen. The pendant will then be at actual size.)
