Deep Blue Labradorite Pendant

Materials: Genuine, solid, natural labradorite and .925 solid sterling silver.

Stone quality/specs: High polish labradorite with excellent colorplay (blue!!). Note that labradorite is a chatoyant (irrridescent) stone. The colors are created by light refracting within layers in the stone, and so the colors you see depend on the viewing angle. Some stones only show color from some angles. Keep in mind that these photos are meant to try and show these colors. This is a AAA stone with wonderful colorplay from frontal viewing angles.

Description: Wow! If you like blue, here's one for you. This has crazy, deep, electric blues in a bright broad flash pattern. The effect is not unlike a blue morpho butterfly wing. Very pretty. The color is visiblefrom most angles and is very bright. The base color of this stone is very dark - nearly black, so the blue shows up brightly.

Recommended necklace size: This pendant does not come with a chain/necklace. This pendant will look nice on nearly any size chain.

Size: Please see above photo for dimensions. Pendant is pictured with a U.S. Dime for size reference. (Hint: if you are having a hard time picturing the size of this pendant, scale the above photo so that the dime is the size of a real dime on your screen. The pendant will then be at actual size.)
