The Endangered Ark playing card set is a special and unique group effort, managed by the kind Foxfeather Zenkova and combines the talents of 20 talented artists to create an original, amazing piece of art on each card. These cards were assembled to help promote awareness for the species within; all are threatened in some way (or, sadly, functionally extinct). We hope to help create awareness not only for the well known species within, but the more obscure as well. To see the card artwork and the species, and to learn about them, please visit this page.
These decks are sold in two different ways. You may either order directly from the site- the artists not see money from this, but it keeps the project going, and further, 10% of each sale will be donated to animal charities (see the Charity page). Alternatively, you can order directly from the artists, which supports the artist in question and I also pledge to donate a percentage of my sales to the World Parrot Trust. Additionally, I offer to hand sign the cards that I have personally created and will include a mini-sketch in Limited Edition orders.

There are two editions of this deck. The first is Limited Edition; only 1000 have been printed of the limited edition and no more numbered copies will be made again of this deck. There is also the Open Edition deck, which there is no set number of and may possibly be printed again in the future. You can distinguish a Limited Edition deck by the number hand written on the side, in addition to the leaf symbol. Open edition decks do not have this symbol or the number.
I would be happy to sign the cards I created (Northern Spotted Owl and Resplendent Quetzal) if so desired. Please indicate in your order if you want the cards signed or not via the drop down selection.
Additionally, Limited Edition orders will come with a mini (the size of a card, approx. 2.5" x 3.5") sketch by myself. Subject matter will vary, but it will be an animal.
